NXT is going to the land of extreme, at least for one week. On Monday, WWE confirmed it will hold an NXT television taping at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. The taping will take place on Wednesday, November 6.

After rumors were reported online regarding this historic wrestling venue, WWE is officially returning to the House of Hardcore. WWE announced this morning that NXT will broadcast live from the former ECW arena,

WWE announced that the November 6th episode of NXT will be held at the 2300 Arena, which is the former NXT Arena. The event will take place on a special Wednesday night as opposed to its usual Tuesday timeslot due to coverage of the US Election. NXT takes place Wednesday, November 6 at 2300 Arena – Formerly the ECW Arena – in Philadelphia

Fresh off Monday Night RAW at the Wells Fargo Center and April’s WrestleMania, WWE is coming back to Philadelphia with NXT. On Nov. 6, NXT will host its show at 2300 Arena, one of Philadelphia’s historic wrestling venues, formerly home to Extreme Championship Wrestling.

WWE is officially bringing NXT to the former ECW Arena for the first time ever. It was confirmed today that NXT will air live from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia on Wednesday, November 6. While NXT is normally a Tuesday show, it’s being moved to Wednesday that week to avoid going against election night coverage.
